1. Service provider and purpose
Asset Pilot is published by CONNECT TO SRL, a company governed by Belgian law (hereinafter the “Provider”), whose registered office is located at Warandeberg 65, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium, registered under VAT number BE0649.998.582. Any reference to “Asset Pilot” in these Terms refers to the service published by CONNECT TO SRL.
The service helps organizations manage companies, locations, users, devices, accessories, licenses and related records in isolated workspaces.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Use of the application requires an account with accurate information and a valid email address. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, enabling available security protections and reporting suspected unauthorized access. Each customer must only access workspaces and data they are authorized to use.
3. Trial, subscription and invoicing
New customers may receive a 30-day free trial. Continued access is offered at €300 excluding VAT per year, unless another written offer applies. CONNECT TO SRL invoices the subscription and payment is made using the payment instructions stated on the invoice. Applicable taxes are added as required by law.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of the information they enter, for managing their users and permissions, and for maintaining independent copies where their internal policies require them. The service must not be used unlawfully, to compromise security, or to access another tenant's data.
5. Availability and maintenance
CONNECT TO SRL uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to provide a reliable service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security updates, hosting incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
6. Data, backup and termination
Workspace backup and restore tools are provided as operational safeguards, but customers should retain exports appropriate to their own continuity requirements. On termination or expiry, access may be suspended after reasonable notice. Data retention and deletion are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
7. Intellectual property
Asset Pilot, its software, interface, documentation and branding are owned by CONNECT TO SRL or its licensors. Customers retain their rights in the information they provide and grant the Provider only the rights necessary to operate and support the service.
8. Liability
The service is an inventory and management tool and does not replace the customer's professional judgment, security procedures or statutory obligations. To the extent permitted by Belgian law, liability is limited to direct and proven damage and to the fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Belgian law applies. The competent Belgian courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rules.
